These classes meet for 30 minute each session. During this time they will cover introductory techniques in each of the different classes and experience ways to use their imagination to create dance moves and express ideas. Classes offered are Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acro and Hip Hop.
These classes meet for 45 minutes. A foundation and technique building class designed for the young dancer. Students will learn the vocabulary and body placement to begin building a level of dance confidence in the variety of classes offered. Classes offered are Ballet, Tap, Jazz , Acro and Hip Hop.
This class is divided into 5 levels and students are placed by skill level. Ballet curriculum is designed for each level. Barre, Center and Locomotor.Dancing levels are NOT like school grades. Most dancers repeat their same level more than once. There are certain skills one must master in order to progress to next level. Ages are a guideline not a final factor dance classes.
This class combines the upbeat dancing style of current music with the technique of jazz. All music selections and dance moves are age appropriate.
This is a percussive style of dancing. Its name comes from the tapping sound made when the metal plates on the dancer’s shoes touch a hard surface.
A style of expressive dance which combines elements of several dance genres such as lyrical, jazz and classical ballet. Focuses on showing emotion or telling a story through movement.

Pointe/Pre-Pointe is a class wherein the ballet dancer supports all their body weight on the tips of fully extended feet. Dancing en pointe makes the dancer appear weightless and sylph like; this is done by wearing special box toed pointe shoes. Students are recommended for pointe based on age and ability. A minimum of two regular ballet classes must be attended to dance en pointe, one of which must be the ballet class directly before pre-pointe or pointe.

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with acrobatic elements.
Hip Hop is an upbeat style of dance performed to popular music. Although hip hop’s roots came from urban street dancing, it has become increasingly popular in the entertainment world. Funk dancing is the perfect fusion of styles, incorporating jazz roots into a melting pot of hip hop, break, popping & locking, along with other fashionable dance genres.
